At VBRA Clothing, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods or product launches, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Times:

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from VBRA Clothing. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale items and accessories may not be eligible for return (please check product details).

How to Return:

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right immediately.
